What makes me unique? I am a strange combination of left brain and right brain. I love big ideas and pushing boundaries, but I always find a way to make things work that stays within budget. This balance comes through in everything I do, from building a team to individual projects. It doesn’t matter how cool it is if you can’t build it or afford it.
I also have a unique ability to assess and build creative teams. I am passionate about highlighting strengths and developing talent to exceed expectations. Through honest assessment, active mentorship, clear communication and consistent follow up, I am able to create an environment full of diverse creators who are enabled and empowered and become leaders at every level.
I also specialize in both a creative and strategic approach to problem solving, which includes identifying objectives and developing an overarching strategy first, then creating traditional and digital campaigns, producing in-person and online experiences, retail environments and visual merchandising that create change. While I have experience in both B2B and B2C landscapes, I ultimately believe that people are just people and that’s how we should approach our work.
